Madrid – Real Madrid draw with Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League. In the other big game, Manchester City won thin over Napoli.
Madrid must be willing to share the numbers with Spurs after ending the match at Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday (18/10/2017), with the score 1-1. The defending champion was even left behind because of Raphael Varane’s own goal. They can only equalize the score after Cristiano Ronaldo successfully execute a penalty.
In the other matches in Group H, Borussia Dortmund threw away a golden opportunity to clinch victory. Facing the weakest team in this group, APOEL, Dortmund only drew 1-1 with the Cypriot club.
Big match in Group F contested City and Napoli at Etihad Stadium. City came out as winners with a score of 2-1, goals scored by Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus.
From Group E, Liverpool won their first Champions League victory of the season. The Reds destroy Maribor with a convincing score of 7-0.
A surprising result was created when the Spanish representative Sevilla lost a landslide at the Spartak Moscow headquarters. Sevilla beaten the Russian club with a score of 1-5.
