1. They always say do not be shy to contact them if you have a problem…..
But the constant feedback you make is not in your favor.
2. They always say thank you for your patience waiting….
In my case was not up to $10 dolar and made me ask up to 4 times within 12 hours and asked to continue waiting
3. They will reply you in email…
Mostly do not expect your email replies are satisfactory or you are not responded directly.
4. Please read the terms & conditions …………..
the question is, if customers always follow the terms & conditions even if it is somewhat ambiguous, does the customer get their rights if the service is not satisfactory even though it is about small money?
someone talking about the biggest company and always claim best service in the world
