I was a user of dracobet and always played there with no issue. I got my fare shares of win and losses. Most is losses and less of winnings. 😛
Recently I played again and got some winnings. I had withdraw some winnings twice without any issue. But on 16/3/2016 I had bank in 3 times 200 on 15/3, 400 on 16/3 and lastly 1000 on 16/3. I lost 600 initially but after banking in 1000 I decided to go all out and manage to win 900. So in total my account was 1900.20. I decided to withdraw all the money but later when check, the transaction was rejected. At 1st I thought due to withdrawal decimal point of .20 and made a 2nd attempt to withdraw only 1900 but it was rejected again. There error code shows error and ask me to contact customer service and I did. At 1st they say investigation being carried out but when I ask for timeline, they unable to inform me. On 18/3/2017 I ask again. This time the whole chatline was closed and I unable to contact them since. Now i’m trying my last time since my IP was block. I use my mobile phone to login and manage to contact the agent. If fail again, I know I have been cheated off my 1900. I have lost my faith in online casino. Guys please don’t fail for this scam casino which only allow us to lose money and cannot win money.
I have screenshot all my proofs if you all need it to show that i’m not bluffing.
