If above method not work try use VPN OR SSH TO CONNECT
If vpn or ssh method not work i suggest you use DIGI Internet .. So far i dont have any problem using DIGI
P/S: This topic seem useless right ? But it useful for player that dont have Wifi connection.. Atleast they know why when using maxis cant update or downloading room
