Got scammed in one of a company listed in the website above.

Requested to withdraw rm1600, point has been deducted. But being ignored after that without receive payment.
Recently, I just found out that the company who scammed me joined the website above.
I contacted them, and complaint about my issue.
I explained to them my situation and I were being informed that they don’t know anything about it as he just joined empire group of companies.
After that I asked for the person in charge I can complaint this issue to.
He finally replied, the staff ranaway with their money and pcs.
And he asked me if my losses should bared by his end. I was like wtf. Your worker run away so I have to bare the losses?
He added that his stuff took everything. He lost alot of money to him.. So my withdraw money too bad but I have to bare it.
Is this acceptable?
What bout if we win again in future and they give us same excuse?
We don’t get the money again? Cus he lost so much?
So obvious the answer he gave is not responsible.
